Peter Okoye, the renowned Nigerian artist formerly part of the music group Psquare, has responded to recent comments made by his twin brother and former bandmate, Paul Okoye, known as Rudeboy.
This comes after Rudeboy’s interview on City FM in Lagos, where he discussed the breakup of Psquare and suggested that Peter was uninterested in continuing with the group.
In his Instagram post, Peter Okoye addressed these remarks directly, rejecting any claims of rivalry with his brother. He criticized Rudeboy for alleging that he was the primary creator behind most of Psquare’s songs, accusing him of undermining his contributions and disrespecting his role in the group.

Peter expressed his frustration over what he perceives as persistent disrespect and attempts to tarnish his reputation. He also highlighted that Paul and their former manager, Jude Okoye, have shown disregard for his family and professional achievements.
Peter emphasized that despite the ongoing issues, he remains focused on his music and wishes to move forward peacefully.
